This real estate development company is building a four story, 80,000 sq. ft., class A office building in Celebration, FL within half a mile of 417 and I-4, only 1.5 miles away from Disney World. The project will be completed in the Spring of 2009. The developers are selling a limited number of personally guaranteed promissory notes that will have a minimum term of 1 year and a maximum term of 18 months. The notes will accrue a secured 10% interest rate payable as a balloon payment at the term of the note. The minimum note amount is $100,000 but higher notes are welcome up to $2,000,000.
